GSR has acquired Autonomous and Architech for $57 million to enhance its services in token lifecycle management. Autonomous will maintain its brand while Architech will serve as the foundation for GSR Digital Asset Advisory.

This acquisition aims to support comprehensive token launch services, including governance design, tokenomics, and risk management. The move reflects increasing institutional interest in token launches, facilitated by current regulatory shifts.

GSR's token launch division will also focus on foundation structuring and portfolio diversification. This follows GSR's prior acquisition of FINRA-registered broker-dealer Equilibrium Capital Services.
