Gulf Development Public Company Limited (GULF) received the 'Best Structured Finance Deal (Thailand)' award at the FinanceAsia Awards 2025 for securing a THB 7,295 million green loan for its GSA Data Center 01 (GSA01) project. This marks Thailand's first data center financed through a limited-recourse project finance structure.

The financing involved a syndicate of banks including ADB, UOB, OCBC, BBL, SCB, KBANK, and KKP. The GSA01 project achieved LEED Gold certification and holds ISO/IEC 27001:2022 certification for Information Security Management Systems, highlighting GULF's focus on sustainable development and adherence to international standards.
