Guofuhee Secures $11M Electrolyser and Refuelling Station Contracts in Morocco and China
Jiangsu Guofu Hydrogen Energy Equipment has signed contracts worth nearly $11 million to deploy 20MW of electrolysers in Morocco and five hydrogen refuelling stations in China. These moves align with Morocco's ambitions in green hydrogen production and China's ongoing expansion in the global hydrogen market.

Jiangsu Guofu Hydrogen Energy Equipment (Guofuhee) has entered into agreements totaling nearly $11 million, involving the deployment of 20MW of electrolysers in Morocco and five refuelling stations in China. The Moroccan deal, valued at $6.2 million, involves supplying alkaline electrolysers to GF Hydrogen Africa Sarl for an undisclosed green hydrogen project, supporting Morocco's goal to lead in green hydrogen and ammonia production.
Concurrently, Guofuhee will provide Guangdong Yuntao Hydrogen Energy Technology with five hydrogen refuelling stations along the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao corridor, promoting hydrogen fuel cell adoption in transportation. These developments highlight the growing global hydrogen market, although there remains a significant gap between electrolyser manufacturing capacity and demand.
