Gurtz Electric of Port Washington, LLC, purchased a four-acre lot with a 23,267-square-foot industrial building in Port Washington for $2 million on January 9. The acquisition aims to position the company closer to a $15 billion data center project by OpenAI and Oracle. The data center broke ground in December 2025, contributing to increased industrial activity in the region.
