Gurye County Launches 2026 Key Work Plan Report Meeting to Oversee 494 Projects
Gurye County in South Jeolla Province held a '2026 Key Work Plan Report Meeting' from January 26 to 28, led by Governor Kim Soon-ho, to strategize the implementation of 494 projects for the year. The meeting reviewed past project outcomes and focused on key initiatives, including the Jeonnam Persons with Disabilities Sports Festival, the Gurye Pumped Storage Power Plant, and various tourism developments. Governor Kim highlighted the importance of responsible governance and timely project execution to improve residents' quality of life.

Gurye County, South Jeolla Province, conducted a '2026 Key Work Plan Report Meeting' from January 26 to 28, led by Governor Kim Soon-ho. The meeting, attended by department heads and key officials, aimed to create a strategic roadmap to achieve visible results during the latter half of the 8th elected government.
The county reviewed last year's project outcomes and discussed the implementation plans for 494 projects scheduled for this year. Key discussions focused on the Jeonnam Persons with Disabilities Sports Festival and the construction of the Gurye Pumped Storage Power Plant.
Plans were also presented for tourism developments, including an Osan Cable Car installation and the Gurye Mountain Village project, alongside initiatives to improve living conditions. Governor Kim emphasized the need for responsible governance and timely execution of projects to enhance residents' quality of life.
