Gyre Energy Secures $1.3M to Expand Cold Storage Cooling Technology
Gyre Energy has raised over $1.3 million to enhance its AI-powered cooling technology in cold-storage facilities. This funding will facilitate the installation of its system within a large-scale cold-chain operation, marking its largest project to date.

Gyre Energy has secured more than $1.3 million in funding led by Speedinvest, aimed at scaling its cooling technology for larger cold-storage facilities. The upcoming deployment at a 140,000-square-foot facility will be Gyre's largest installation, working with a global logistics company.
Gyre's technology enables facilities to optimize cooling by adjusting equipment based on energy prices and grid demand, potentially reducing electricity usage by 35% and costs by 38%, as evidenced by previous smaller installations. Performance will be measured against established protocols to ensure savings can be replicated at larger sites. Results from this initiative may influence Gyre's scalability in the cold-storage sector and inform future applications in data center cooling.
