H2Terminals Limited and CIMC GH2 Technology have signed a Memorandum of Understanding, designating H2Terminals as the preferred international distribution partner for CIMC's alkaline electrolysis equipment. This partnership combines CIMC's 20 years of experience in electrolysis with H2Terminals' supply chain capabilities to target customers in Europe, North America, Japan, and South Korea.

Under the MOU, H2Terminals will distribute a full range of alkaline electrolysis products and engage in joint technical development, including offshore energy applications. The collaboration aims at creating a complete green hydrogen value chain and pursuing large-scale projects in major hydrogen markets.
