The Haller Group has acquired Pepper and integrated Quantron to enhance its zero-emission vehicle portfolio and establish itself as a leader in Fleet-Transformation-as-a-Service (FTaaS). This strategic move focuses on hydrogen and battery-electric commercial vehicles, while also improving energy infrastructure and digital solutions. The integration aims to create efficiencies and support Haller's growth in sustainable mobility on an international scale.

The Haller Group has acquired Pepper and integrated Quantron, aiming to become a global leader in Fleet-Transformation-as-a-Service (FTaaS). The Augsburg-based group focuses on hydrogen and battery-electric commercial vehicles, along with converting existing fleets.
The acquisition of Pepper, which specializes in electrifying bus and commercial vehicle fleets, enhances Haller's offerings in energy infrastructure and digital solutions. Previously struggling, Quantron was acquired from insolvency in April 2025.
Haller's strategy emphasizes sustainable mobility solutions and a comprehensive service ecosystem for clients. The integration is expected to create efficiencies and planning security, positioning the group for international growth in zero-emission solutions.
