Laurel Real Estate Co. announced the sale of the Hampton Inn Columbus I-71 North in Sunbury, Ohio, acquired by a private investor group. The deal utilized SBA 504 financing, involving LCNB National Bank and Alloy Development Co., facilitated by Katie Vivian of Largo Capital.
This acquisition marks a significant step for Fusion Hotels, which plans to manage the property as part of its growing portfolio of 15 hotels across Ohio, Indiana, and Kentucky. The region's economic growth is bolstered by investments like Intel's semiconductor project, increasing lodging demand. The hotel will continue operating under the Hampton by Hilton brand, further enhancing Fusion Hotels' market presence.
