India Chip Facility Launched Amidst Broader Economic Development Plans
India Chip's OSAT facility in Jewar, Uttar Pradesh, represents a ₹3,700 crore investment with operations expected by 2028, creating over 3,500 jobs. India Chip, a joint venture between HCL Group and Foxconn, is set to establish a display drive integrated circuit (DDIC) OSAT facility in Jewar, Uttar Pradesh, with a projected investment of ₹3,700 crore. The facility aims to process 20,000 wafers monthly and is anticipated to begin operations by 2028.
