DATA AND AI INFRASTRUCTURE

Plans for a 400-acre data center project along Ashland Road in Hanover County, Virginia, have been withdrawn following opposition from local leaders and residents. South Anna District Supervisor Susan P.

Dibble announced the withdrawal during a Board of Supervisors meeting on January 28. The decision follows public pushback, with residents from Hanover, Henrico, and Goochland counties expressing concerns about the Hunting Hawk Technology Center project. Hanover County leaders had recommended denial of the project over a week prior to the announcement.
