Harrison Street Asset Management (HSAM) has sold two data center campuses located in Maryland, specifically the Emerson and Sandy Farms projects. HSAM acquired these projects in 2020 and commenced development, which was contingent on pre-leasing to a hyperscale user. Oppidan Connect served as the lead developer for these campuses.
