HealthSnap has obtained $25 million in senior secured growth financing to enhance its AI-powered virtual care solutions. This funding supports advancements in AI innovation, commercial operations, and the deployment of its Advanced Primary Care Management platform across major health systems.

HealthSnap has secured a $25 million growth financing facility led by Eastward Capital Partners to bolster its AI-powered virtual care management. The financing will support product innovation, customer success, and commercial expansion, following a period of strong growth and market demand for AI solutions in healthcare.
HealthSnap's AI platform has reviewed over 3 million progress notes in 2025 alone, enhancing quality assurance processes. Concurrently, Naïve has raised $28.5 million in Series A funding led by Nexus Venture Partners to develop AI tools for automating business establishment and management. Naïve's infrastructure aims to cut operational costs associated with AI agents, a critical factor as automated business models gain traction.
