Helius Minerals Secures C$39.9 Million for Serra Pelada Gold-PGM Project in Brazil
Helius Minerals has raised C$39.9 million through a private placement to finance its acquisition of the Serra Pelada project in Brazil. The funds will support early exploration and cover corporate costs.

Helius Minerals raised C$39.9 million in a private placement to fund the acquisition of the Serra Pelada gold and platinum group metals project in Brazil. The company sold 832,150 units and 12.5 million subscription receipts at C$3 each.
Each unit consists of a common share and half a warrant, allowing the purchase of additional shares at C$4.50. Proceeds will be used for corporate expenses, fulfilling closing conditions, and early exploration in Pará State, despite a decline in the company's TSX Venture shares.
