HiiROC Ltd and Tokyo Gas Co., Ltd. signed a non-binding Memorandum of Understanding on 5 January 2025 to explore a partnership focused on HiiROC's thermal plasma electrolysis technology in Japan. The collaboration will assess opportunities to decarbonise Tokyo Gas customers' operations and the potential use of solid carbon by-products. The partnership aims to advance decarbonisation solutions in the hydrogen and carbon black sectors.
