HM Exploration Corp. has entered a property option agreement to acquire a 100% interest in the Lewis Copper VMS Tenure in Newfoundland, Canada. This acquisition expands the Pilley's Island land package to 42 km².

The Tenure includes a cluster of VMS systems with strong geological parallels to the Buchans camp, which supports its exploration potential.
