HM Exploration Acquires Lewis Copper Tenure to Expand Pilley's Island VMS District in Newfoundland
HM Exploration Corp. has signed a property option agreement to acquire a 100% interest in the Lewis Copper VMS Tenure in Newfoundland, Canada. This acquisition increases HM's Pilley's Island land package to 42 km². Historic drilling has shown significant copper and zinc mineralization potential, and HM plans to conduct its first diamond drill program in 2026, pending permits. The Lewis Pilley's Project is anticipated to have strong discovery potential based on previous geological assessments and historic production.

HM Exploration Corp. has entered a property option agreement to acquire a 100% interest in the Lewis Copper VMS Tenure in Newfoundland, Canada. This acquisition expands the Pilley's Island land package to 42 km².
Historic drilling has indicated significant mineralization, including 1.84% copper over 16.7 meters. HM plans to initiate a diamond drill program in 2026, pending necessary permits. The Tenure includes a cluster of VMS systems with strong geological parallels to the Buchans camp, which supports its exploration potential. The agreement includes share issuances and a minimum of $1.5 million in exploration expenditures to be incurred by specified deadlines.
