The company aims to cut CO₂ emissions from transport by over 40% by 2026 and plans to manage over 500,000 tons of waste through its Geocycle unit. Additionally, Holcim expects to significantly increase its cement exports, capturing a substantial share of Algeria's market while enhancing competitiveness through a partnership with Sonatrach.

In 2024, Holcim expects to export 3.1 million tons of cement and clinker, increasing to 3.4 million tons in 2025, capturing 30% and 36% of Algeria's market, respectively.
