HPI Expands Dallas Presence with Robbie Baty to Lead New Tenant Advisory Group
HPI has appointed Robbie Baty, formerly with Cushman & Wakefield, to lead its new tenant advisory group in Dallas as part of its expansion in the region. With plans to build a team of up to a dozen producers, Baty aims to enhance tenant representation in the office and industrial sectors, following HPI's growth in assets under management and the recent hiring of Colt McCoy for its Fort Worth office.

HPI has appointed Robbie Baty, previously with Cushman & Wakefield for nearly 20 years, to head its new Dallas tenant advisory group as part of its expansion in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. Baty's move comes amid significant growth in HPI's assets under management in Dallas over the past five years.
He aims to build a team of up to a dozen producers for the office and industrial tenant representation teams. Baty is recognized for representing tenants in approximately 9 million square feet of transactions while at Cushman, including a notable lease renewal for Santander Consumer USA in 2024. This appointment follows HPI's earlier hiring of Colt McCoy to establish its Fort Worth office, indicating a broader strategy to enhance its service offerings in North Texas, including a focus on data center representation.
