Huawei, in collaboration with Gruppo Euris Spa, has developed a high-performance digital campus for startups and businesses at BIC Incubatori FVG in Trieste. The project enhances the hub's campus network, allowing 36 resident companies to independently manage their IT strategies while utilizing a shared, secure technology platform.

The infrastructure is designed with high redundancy to eliminate single points of failure, ensuring service levels comparable to those of an Internet Service Provider. Each laboratory is equipped with dual 10 Gb/s fiber optic connections to the data center, while Huawei network switches support over 70 access points.

Additionally, the IoT infrastructure for access control, surveillance, and environmental sensors operates with a capacity of 2 × 100 Gb/s. Overall, the network can handle up to 350 Gb/s of wireless traffic, positioning BIC Incubatori FVG as a state-of-the-art digital ecosystem for data-intensive applications.
