Huawei Launches FusionSolar 9.0 in Malaysia for Enhanced Energy Management
Huawei's FusionSolar 9.0 solution aims to transform Malaysia's solar energy landscape towards intelligent, sustainable systems. Key features include the world's first grid-forming inverter and a high-capacity energy storage system, which could lead to significant economic benefits and job creation.

Huawei has introduced its FusionSolar 9.0 Smart PV & ESS solution in Malaysia, focusing on intelligent energy management to enhance grid stability. This system integrates solar generation, energy storage, and AI optimizations, supporting up to 11 MW of PV capacity.
Key components include the SUN2000-506KTL-H3 inverter and the LUNA2000-241 energy storage system, which offers a total capacity of 241 kWh and can achieve a round-trip efficiency of 91.3%. The implementation aligns with Malaysia's National Energy Transition Roadmap, potentially contributing RM220 billion to GDP and creating 310,000 green jobs by 2050. Economic advantages include operating cost savings of up to USD300,000 over 25 years, underscoring the system's viability for long-term investments.
