Huawei Launches Global Sales of AI Data Center Solutions
Huawei has begun global sales of its AI data center solutions, including its Intelligent Computing Platform and Kunpeng CPUs. The company claims it can set up data centers in 4 to 6 months and deliver clusters of 1,024 computing nodes in 15 days with 99.99% availability. Despite facing skepticism in Western markets due to security concerns, Huawei aims to attract international clients, particularly in regions underserved by Western chipmakers. This move coincides with the U.S. allowing sales of NVIDIA H200 AI accelerators to China, which may impact Huawei's market share.
