HUMAIN and the National Infrastructure Fund (Infra) have announced a Strategic Financing Framework Agreement worth up to $1.2 billion during the World Economic Forum 2026 in Davos, Switzerland. The agreement aims to support the expansion of AI and digital infrastructure projects in Saudi Arabia, specifically for the development of up to 250 MW of hyperscale AI data center capacity.

These data centers will utilize advanced GPUs for AI training and inference, catering to HUMAIN's diverse customer base. Additionally, both organizations plan to explore an AI data center investment platform to attract global and local institutional investors, further enhancing HUMAIN's AI strategy. This agreement highlights Infra's role in facilitating infrastructure investment and HUMAIN's commitment to meeting the rising demand for AI and data processing services.
