Hydrogen Utopia International PLC has signed a non-binding memorandum of understanding with Saudi Arabia's Hydrogen Systems LLC to support facilities that will convert mixed waste and indestructible plastics into hydrogen. Hydrogen Systems will provide engineering, procurement, and construction services, as well as operations and maintenance support for the project.

This collaboration builds on HUI's exclusive license for InEnTec's waste-to-hydrogen technology in the MENA region. The MoU aims to facilitate engagement with the Saudi Investment Recycling Company, enhancing HUI's local execution capabilities. The framework is expected to evolve into definitive agreements as projects progress, aligning with Saudi Vision 2030 and bolstering sustainable hydrogen initiatives in the Kingdom.
