Hydrogenpro Targets $1.20/kg Green Hydrogen with Strategic Partnerships
Hydrogenpro aims to commercialize green hydrogen at $1.20 per kilogram through strategic alliances with major industry players.

Hydrogenpro is focused on large-scale commercialization of green hydrogen, targeting a price of $1.20 per kilogram. The company has secured partnerships with Andritz AG, Mitsubishi Heavy Industries, and Longi Hydrogen to strengthen its capital base and optimize supply chains essential for gigawatt-scale projects.
Compliance with the European Hydrogen Bank's regulations, which limit the use of Chinese components in electrolysis systems, is facilitated through its German assembly operations and Danish-produced Gen3 electrodes. The company plans to enhance the efficiency of its electrolysers by 14% at its Danish facility.
Financial results for Q1 2026 will be scrutinized, particularly concerning cash reserves and developments for a 500-MW plant in Texas aimed at entering the U.S. market under the Inflation Reduction Act. These strategies could significantly impact Hydrogenpro's competitive positioning in the hydrogen sector.
