Hyperion Robotics Secures €6.4 Million for Expansion of Robotic Microfactories in Europe
Hyperion Robotics, based in Espoo, has raised €6.4 million ($7.4 million) to enhance its robotic microfactories for infrastructure. This funding positions the company to transition to large-scale production, addressing Europe's urgent infrastructure needs amid labor shortages and budget constraints.

Hyperion Robotics raised €6.4 million ($7.4 million) in a funding round co-led by Course Corrected and the European Innovation Council Fund. This investment brings the company's total funding to nearly €17.4 million ($20 million) and supports its shift from project-based delivery to industrial-scale production.
Founded in 2020, Hyperion Robotics utilizes large-scale additive manufacturing and robotic microfactories to enhance efficiency and sustainability in construction, claiming to reduce costs by 50% and CO₂ emissions by 70%. The company plans to launch its first site, Forge I, in the UK, focusing on manufacturing infrastructure components. As Europe faces a significant infrastructure renewal cycle, Hyperion's innovative approach may set new standards in construction efficiency and sustainability.
