DATA AND AI INFRASTRUCTURE

A hyperscale data center campus with a capacity of 500 MW is planned in Domiechowice, Bełchatów, Poland. The site will occupy over 50 hectares in a newly created industrial zone and is projected to be the largest data processing center in Central Europe.

The local government is in advanced discussions with the investor, and site preparation is ongoing. The strategic location near the Main Power Supply Point in Rogowiec is significant for energy-intensive operations.

Administrative procedures began in 2024, with connection conditions confirmed for the full 500 MW capacity. This investment is expected to attract technology companies, create jobs, and enhance the region's attractiveness for modern services.
