I Squared Capital is contemplating a sale of its APAC data center operator BDx, with a target price of up to $2 billion. The investment firm has initiated discussions with advisors about the potential sale, responding to interest from other investors and data center firms.

No decision has yet been made, and I Squared may alter its plans. The firm manages $50 billion in assets and has investments in the digital infrastructure sector, including the 2023 establishment of data center company nLighten.
