IFX Codisa has acquired Redes Integradas Corporativas (Reico) to enhance its data center operations in Costa Rica. The acquisition, completed on February 27, supports IFX's regional growth strategy amid rising demand for data center services and AI solutions. This follows previous acquisitions, including ADN, Luminent, and Gold Data, as part of IFX's plan to expand its managed services throughout Latin America. The company anticipates an 18% revenue growth and a 25% increase in its client base by 2026.

IFX, which entered Costa Rica in 2024, expects an 18% increase in revenue and a 25% rise in clients by 2026. Additionally, IFX announced a $14 million investment in Colombia for data center services.
