IMALUM Invests 50 Million Dirhams in Berrechid Factory Expansion
IMALUM is investing over 50 million dirhams to expand its aluminum processing plant in Berrechid, Morocco. The project will create numerous direct and indirect jobs and enhance production capacity from 16,000 to nearly 30,000 tonnes annually. The expansion will increase the facility's built area to over 35,000 square meters. The new unit is set to begin operations in the first half of 2027, supporting the company's revenue goal of over 500 million dirhams by 2030.

IMALUM (Industrie marocaine d'aluminium) is investing more than 50 million dirhams to expand its industrial unit in Berrechid, following the exit of Moussahama II and Upline Investments Fund from its capital two years ago. The expansion will create several dozen direct and indirect jobs, and will enhance the company's capacity in aluminum extrusion and surface treatment, including anodizing and powder coating.
The built area will increase to over 35,000 square meters, with annual production capacity rising from 16,000 to nearly 30,000 tonnes. The new production unit is expected to begin operations in the first half of 2027, contributing to a revenue target of over 500 million dirhams by 2030.
