Incheon Metropolitan City's offshore wind power project has officially moved to full-scale implementation after being designated as a renewable energy cluster. This designation, granted by the Ministry of Climate, Energy and Environment, was sought to enhance local benefit sharing and accelerate the project's timeline. Following this designation, Incheon plans to issue a public notice to invite developers and will conduct a competitive selection process for the project.
