India signed a Memorandum of Understanding with the Netherlands to advance clean energy and hydrogen research. The agreement involves the University of Groningen and 19 Indian Institutes of Technology, promoting faculty and student exchanges, joint research, and knowledge sharing.

Additionally, the India-Netherlands Hydrogen Fellowship Programme was launched to support Indian researchers in gaining field experience in hydrogen technologies at the Dutch University.
