Indonesia's ASN DIGITAL initiative seeks to enhance public services by developing digital talent and integrating technology within government agencies. The program will focus on improving service efficiency and customer care while combating illegal fees and corruption. Additionally, the national digitalization framework, categorized into Connected, Growing, and Secure, aims to boost connectivity and economic growth while safeguarding against cyber threats.

The ASN DIGITAL initiative is designed to improve public services through the development of digital talent, digital platforms, data centers, and the integration of digital technology within ministries and agencies. Its success will be monitored for impacts on service efficiency, speed, and the implementation of contactless services and customer care, including efforts to eliminate illegal fees and corruption. Additionally, Komidigi has launched a national digitalization direction categorized into 3T: Terhubung (Connected), Tumbuh (Growing), and Terjaga (Secure), aimed at enhancing connectivity to positively affect economic growth while ensuring safety from cyber threats.
