Indorama Eleme Fertilizer Supports National NPK Initiative
The Presidential Committee on Fertilizer Initiative (PCFI) reported Indorama Eleme Fertilizer & Chemicals Limited's commitment to supplying 360,000 metric tons of Urea to support NPK fertilizer production. This initiative is crucial for enhancing food security and reducing agricultural costs in Nigeria.

Indorama Eleme Fertilizer & Chemicals Limited plans to supply 360,000 metric tons of Urea this year to aid NPK fertilizer production for farmers across Nigeria. The initiative, part of the Presidential Fertilizer Initiative, aims to improve food security and lower agricultural costs.
Indorama's plant has an annual capacity of 1.5 million metric tons of Urea fertilizer. Currently, the Ammonia section is undergoing maintenance, with operations set to resume on 24 February. Since June 2016, the company has delivered approximately 250,000 metric tons of Urea fertilizer, contributing to import substitution and foreign exchange savings for the government.
