Indorama Ventures Introduces Trevira CS Eco Fabrics from Recycled FR Fibers at Heimtextil 2026
Indorama Ventures launched new Trevira flame-retardant fibers made from 50% recycled textile materials at Heimtextil 2026 in Frankfurt. This innovation results from a joint venture with Jiaren Chemical Recycling, which transforms textile waste into polyester chips for fiber production. The new fabrics meet Trevira CS Eco standards, promoting circular design while maintaining flame-retardant performance.

Indorama Ventures showcased Trevira flame-retardant fibers and filament yarns composed of 50% recycled textile materials at the Heimtextil trade show in Frankfurt, Germany, in January 2026. This initiative stems from a partnership with Jiaren Chemical Recycling, which processes post-consumer and industrial textile waste into recycled polyester chips.
The resulting Trevira Eco fabrics qualify for the Trevira CS Eco brand, aligning with Indorama's goal of achieving significant textile circularity while ensuring safety and comfort. The collaboration was announced in November 2025.
