Infinidium Power Corp. has launched a $1M Pre-IPO Seed Financing at a $9M pre-money valuation to support its AI infrastructure initiatives. The funding will facilitate the deployment of a 16-GPU cluster utilizing NVIDIA H200 GPUs and enable the company to expand its Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) operations globally. Infinidium aims to reduce cooling costs and carbon emissions through its innovative design, targeting lower capital and operating expenses.

Infinidium Power Corp. has initiated a $1M Pre-IPO Seed Financing at a $9M pre-money valuation to advance its AI infrastructure projects. The funds will be allocated to deploy a 16-GPU cluster powered by NVIDIA H200 GPUs, followed by scaling to a 48-GPU B200 system.
The company has developed a patent-pending architecture that eliminates traditional cooling systems, aiming to cut capital and operational expenses by over 50%. Its carbon monetization strategy includes exploring forward carbon credit sales, enhancing revenue through AI compute and carbon credits. Infinidium also plans to establish a global EPC model for modular AI compute facilities and is developing a proprietary LLM orchestration layer for optimized infrastructure management.
