Infraeo Launches 1.6T OSFP LPO Transceiver for AI Infrastructure
Infraeo has introduced a 1.6T OSFP LPO 2xDR4/DR8 transceiver, featuring 8x200G PAM4 lanes, targeting high-density AI infrastructure. This optical solution offers low-latency and low-power performance for next-generation networks, supporting an aggregate data rate of 1.6Tbps over single-mode fiber. Its design includes silicon-photonics technology and is compliant with OSFP MSA, making it suitable for AI clusters and hyperscale networks.

Infraeo's 1.6T OSFP LPO 2xDR4/DR8 transceiver is engineered for high-density AI infrastructure, delivering a low-latency and cost-efficient optical solution. It supports 8x200G PAM4 lanes, achieving a total data rate of 1.6Tbps over single-mode fiber.
The transceiver utilizes silicon-photonics optical engines with linear transmitters and receivers, enhancing thermal and power performance with a maximum power draw of 10W. Designed for mass production, it complies with OSFP MSA and supports diagnostics via CMIS Rev. 4.0, making it ideal for deployment in data centers and hyperscale networks.
