Infrastructure Development Advances in Kibungan, Benguet with Road Projects
Ongoing road projects in Kibungan, Benguet, totaling P250 million, aim to enhance accessibility in remote villages. This infrastructure is crucial for improving transportation for agricultural products and access to essential services.

The Philippine government has allocated P250 million for road construction in Kibungan, Benguet, with P150 million designated for the Tacadang access road and P100 million for the Badeo road. These projects, initiated five years ago, are expected to alleviate the longstanding transportation challenges faced by residents who previously relied on arduous trails.
Enhanced road access will facilitate agricultural transport, reduce costs, and improve access to healthcare and education for local families. Additionally, Badeo is poised for a multi-billion-peso pumped-storage hydroelectric project, emphasizing the need for robust infrastructure. The road improvements also promise to benefit neighboring areas, fostering intermunicipal connectivity.
