Insplorion AB has finalized an agreement in principle to sell its hydrogen sensor business to Mann Teknik AB for SEK 5.5 million. This transaction is pending negotiations for a definitive agreement and approval by Insplorion's shareholders in an extraordinary general meeting, anticipated to take place in Q1 2026.

The sale is part of Insplorion's strategic review addressing market conditions and resource requirements, amid challenges in raising external capital.
