InterGlobe Aviation Receives ₹458.26 Crore GST Demand; Lupin's VISUfarma Acquisition Expected by February 2026

InterGlobe Aviation Ltd announced it received a ₹458.26 crore GST demand from the Additional Commissioner of CGST, Delhi South, for FY19-FY23, which it plans to challenge. Lupin Ltd's acquisition of Amsterdam-based VISUfarma BV is in progress and expected to close by February 28, 2026, via its subsidiary Nanomi BV.

Privi Speciality Chemicals Ltd plans to sell a 6.32% stake through a block deal valued at approximately ₹700 crore. RBL Bank's Executive Director Rajeev Ahuja will retire on February 20, 2026. Taj GVK Hotels' promoter Shalini Bhupal acquired a 25.52% stake from IHCL for ₹592 crore.
