Intervala has invested more than $6 million to expand its manufacturing capabilities for high-reliability electronics, addressing demands in defense and AI sectors. The enhancements include new automated systems and a facility expansion totaling 200,000 square feet.

Intervala has invested over $6 million in manufacturing technology and facility expansion to boost its high-reliability electronics capabilities. This includes a 60,000-square-foot build-out and the installation of automated storage and retrieval systems, increasing total capacity to approximately 200,000 square feet.
Upgrades feature Panasonic SMT pick-and-place systems, automated optical inspection systems, and six-axis cobots to enhance production quality and efficiency. These improvements are aimed at meeting rising demands in data center infrastructure and defense sectors, driven by AI workloads and complex electronic designs.
