Intesa Sanpaolo is supporting the growth of Novac, an Emilia-Romagna startup innovating the energy storage market with new generation supercapacitors. With the bank's assistance, Novac will benefit from Business Coaching provided by the European Digital Innovation Hub (EDIH) to prepare for the EIC Accelerator, a Horizon Europe program aimed at startups and SMEs developing innovative solutions.

Founded in 2020 in Modena, Novac has developed pouch-format supercapacitors that deliver high power with low environmental impact. Applications range from electric vehicles to aerospace and data centers, contributing to energy transition and sustainable mobility. Intesa Sanpaolo has been alongside Novac since its inception and has facilitated its participation in various innovation programs, providing significant financial support to innovative startups in the Emilia-Romagna and Marche regions.
