Investment Exceeds 10.4 Billion Yuan in Energy Storage Projects Across Yunnan, Jiangxi, Inner Mongolia, Gansu
Recent investments in energy storage projects across China include a 1.5 billion yuan sodium-ion battery project in Yunnan, a $15 million energy storage factory in Jiangxi, a 5.7 billion yuan lithium battery anode material facility in Inner Mongolia, and a 3.135 billion yuan lithium-ion battery cathode material production line in Gansu.

Chinese energy storage projects have garnered over 10.4 billion yuan in investment across multiple provinces. In Yunnan, the 5GWh/year sodium-ion battery industrial park by Ningbo Jinglan New Energy has commenced construction with a 1.5 billion yuan investment, aiming for completion by February 2027.
In Jiangxi, Aoming Technology's energy storage factory, backed by a $15 million investment, is set to enhance intelligent manufacturing capabilities. Inner Mongolia's new lithium battery anode material project, with a 5.7 billion yuan investment, will produce 200,000 tons annually. Gansu's lithium-ion battery cathode material production line, costing 3.135 billion yuan, is progressing through its phases, with Phase II starting in March 2026.
