IOI Properties Group has signed a deal to sell three plots of land at IOI Industrial Park @ Banting for RM740.68 million ($187.7 million) to Bridge Data Centers, which is backed by Bain Capital. The transaction involves 136.03 acres intended to support the expansion of Bridge Data Centers' data center business.

This agreement highlights the confidence in IOI Properties' industrial parks, part of the IOI Industrial Park Series. The Series includes additional sites such as the 250-acre IOI Industrial Park @ Melaka and the 1,100-acre IOI Industrial Park @ Iskandar Malaysia, which is pending approvals.
