Ishikari Renewable Energy and NeutraDC Form Partnership for Asia Network Hub
Ishikari Renewable Energy from Japan has partnered with NeutraDC to connect Hokkaido Ishikari, Indonesia, and Singapore as an Asia network hub. This collaboration aims to attract data center tenants and GPU users from Singapore and Indonesia to Hokkaido Ishikari.
NeutraDC will provide colocation services at its data centers in Singapore and Indonesia for users of Ishikari Renewable Energy Data Center No.1. This facility will link NeutraDC's Singapore data center and the Japanese data center via the All-Photonics Network (APN) Innovative Optical and Wireless Network (IOWN), scheduled to begin operations between Hokkaido Ishikari and Tokyo Otemachi in August 2026.
The partnership will develop cross-border GPU-as-a-Service (GPUaaS) by combining respective strengths, with NeutraDC leading in GPU system architecture and AI computing services, while Ishikari Renewable Energy supports infrastructure development. The Zero Emission Data Center (ZED ISHIKARI), located in Ishikari, Japan, will utilize Hokkaido's cold winter air and renewable energy for emission-free operations.
