Italian Exhibition Group Plans New Arena in Rimini, Aims for €100M Revenue Growth by 2030

Italian Exhibition Group (Ieg) aims to achieve €360-365 million in revenue by 2030, targeting a growth of €100 million. Construction of a new dome-shaped pavilion in Rimini will begin after summer 2026, with completion expected for Ecomondo in 2029.

The pavilion will accommodate over 18,500 attendees for various events. Ieg plans to launch a new event annually from 2026, starting with Bex, dedicated to the space economy. Ieg also intends to establish a direct flight from Federico Fellini Airport to Rome Fiumicino in partnership with Ita Airways to improve international connectivity.
