Itapipoca will construct a business hub starting in the second half of this year, covering approximately 127 hectares. The Instituto Orbitar will manage the hub, which is attracting interest from external investors, including a potential data center.

The project’s executive plan is expected to be completed after Carnival 2024, with construction beginning in August 2026 and initial company installations in early 2027. The hub will include various sectors beyond technology, focusing on traditional local industries like footwear and coconut production.

Infrastructure will feature lots of 5,000 square meters, energy supply, sewage, and telecommunications. The hub is strategically located near major transport routes, including the Porto do Pecém and Fortaleza Airport.
