Jabil and Adani Enterprises Form Strategic Alliance for AI Data Center Manufacturing in India
Jabil and Adani Enterprises have announced a partnership to create a manufacturing platform for AI data center infrastructure in India. This initiative aims to address increasing global demand for AI-capable hardware and supports India's goal of becoming a leading technology manufacturing hub.

Jabil has raised its 2024 revenue forecast to $25.5 billion, driven by demand for infrastructure services in cloud computing and 5G. The company reported a 12% year-over-year revenue growth in Q4 2023, with 30% attributed to technology and industrial clients, notably Apple.
A strategic alliance with Adani Enterprises aims to create a vertically integrated AI data center manufacturing platform in India, targeting a market opportunity exceeding $3 trillion over seven years. This collaboration will produce high-density AI racks and critical data center components, supporting India's projected data center capacity of 5-8 GW by 2030. However, Jabil faces risks related to semiconductor shortages and rising raw material costs, which increased by 5% in Q4 2023.
