Japanese Delegation Evaluates Investment in Mozambique's Manica Province
A Japanese business delegation is assessing investment prospects in Manica province, focusing on energy, agriculture, and water supply. This initiative aligns with Expo Osaka 2025, aiming to enhance local infrastructure and benefit thousands of families.

The Japanese delegation in Manica province is identifying investment opportunities in energy, irrigation, agriculture, and potable water supply as part of Expo Osaka 2025. Their evaluation includes plans for either rehabilitating the Chitunga mini-hydropower plant or constructing the Tsate dam, integrating these with irrigation and clean water projects.
Provincial Director Nuromomad Hassamo indicated that successful implementation could benefit numerous families. A management program study is set to start shortly, with project details expected within three months. Another entrepreneur group is anticipated to visit Manica shortly.
