Javvy Initiates Sale Process Valued at Approximately $1 Billion
Javvy, a protein coffee brand, is exploring a sale potentially valued at $1 billion as demand for protein products rises. The company's annual revenue is nearly $300 million, driven by growing consumer interest, especially among users of GLP-1 weight-loss drugs.

Javvy, based in South Carolina, is considering a sale process that could achieve a valuation around $1 billion, driven by increasing consumer demand for protein-rich beverages. The company reports annual revenue nearing $300 million and has reached about one in every 44 U.S. households, selling a unit of its protein coffee every seven to eight seconds.
Investment bank Houlihan Lokey has been engaged to assist in this early-stage sale process. Major food and beverage companies are expanding their functional product lines to meet the rising demand. Notable venture capital investments have come from firms such as Amberstone Ventures, Platinum Mile Ventures, and Selva Ventures. The product, which retails at $34.95 for a serving of 20, reflects the growing trend in health-focused consumption.
