Jean-Raymond Boulle: Mauritian Mining Executive and Co-Founder of Diamond Fields Resources
Jean-Raymond Boulle, born in Curepipe, Mauritius, began his mining career with De Beers in Africa. He moved to Texas in 1980 to explore diamond deposits in Arkansas. In the early 1990s, he partnered with Robert Friedland to establish Diamond Fields Resources in 1992, focusing on diamond exploration off Namibia's coast. In 2011, he acquired Bondi Mining, based in Brisbane, which operates in uranium and copper resource extraction.
